Before you send a complaint
We can act on releases delivered through Stillmore Group and on the pages we host. For anything on a website we do not run, contact that website. Consider whether the use may be licensed or allowed by law, and take legal advice if you are not sure: a notice that knowingly misrepresents an infringement can make you liable for damages and legal costs.
- 1Check that the release was delivered through Stillmore Group: our release and profile pages say so, and store credits usually name the distributor.
- 2Try to settle it with the artist or label directly first.
- 3If that does not work, send the complaint below. You get a reference number straight away.
