Creator Program terms

How creators earn commission for the labels and artists they send to Stillmore Group, how their audience gets a discount, and the rules for promoting us.

Last updated 9 October 2026

1. The programme

The Stillmore Group Creator Program is run by Stillmore Group, a company registered in England and Wales ("Stillmore Group", "we", "us"). It lets creators (YouTubers, podcasters, educators and others, "you") share a personal code and link. Taking part is by invitation: you join when we confirm your code to you by email, and you accept these terms by sharing it.

2. Your code and your audience's discount

Your code is personal to you. Anyone who buys a paid plan through your link, or enters your code at checkout, gets the discount we agreed with you, shown on the purchase page before they pay. The discount applies to the buyer's first subscription only, for the period we agreed (for a yearly plan, the first year). It cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.

3. Commission

You earn the commission percentage we agreed with you on every payment a buyer you referred makes for their plan, during the agreed number of months from the day they signed up, whether they pay monthly or yearly. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid after discounts and excluding VAT and other taxes. A buyer is credited to you only when they sign up with your link or code; the last creator code used at sign-up wins, and a code cannot be added to an account afterwards except at our discretion.

You do not earn commission on:

  • your own account, or accounts of people or companies connected with you;
  • payments that are refunded, charged back or not collected (commission on them is cancelled or reduced in the same proportion);
  • accounts we close for fraud or a breach of our terms of service;
  • sign-ups obtained through spam, misleading claims, bidding on our brand name in paid search, cookie stuffing or any other method that does not reflect a genuine recommendation.

4. Payment

Each commission is held for 14 days after the buyer's payment, the refund window in our refund policy. After that it becomes payable. We pay payable commission monthly, in US dollars, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer to the details you give us. Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank are yours. If a refund or chargeback happens after we have paid you, we may deduct it from your next payment.

You are responsible for your own taxes on commission. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of Stillmore Group, and you cannot make promises on our behalf.

5. Your monthly statement

We email you a summary each month and give you a private stats page showing sign-ups, payments and commission. It does not show the names of the accounts you referred. Keep the stats link private; ask us for a new one if it is shared.

6. Telling your audience

You must make it clear every time you promote us that you earn a commission, in a way your audience will notice before they click: for example, say it in the video and write "affiliate link: I earn a commission if you sign up" next to the link. This is required by the UK Advertising Standards Authority (CAP Code) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, by the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, and by the rules of the platforms you publish on.

When you talk about Stillmore Group, be honest and accurate. Do not promise results such as streams, playlist placements or earnings, and do not describe prices, plans or features differently from our website. You may use our name and logo only to promote the programme and as we provide them.

7. Ending

Either side can end your participation at any time by email. Commission already payable at that point is still paid, and accounts you referred before the end keep earning you commission for the rest of their agreed months, unless we end your participation because you broke these terms, in which case unpaid commission is forfeited. We may change the commission or discount for new sign-ups with 30 days' notice; changes never reduce commission on payments already made.

8. Liability and law

The programme is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: partners@stillmoregroup.com.
